Creating an account is simple! Once on www.EVAE.style , choose your appropriate country. When you land on the homepage, click the LOGIN link at the top right of your screen. For new customers, click “ARE YOU A NEW CUSTOMER? SIGN UP”. Here, you will be prompted to enter your name, email & password information.
WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account is not required and you can shop the site without registering. However, creating an account gives you access to special benefits including:

WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY COUNTRY?
EVAÉ adjusts the website to reflect your specific country’s local terms and conditions including business policy, retailers and prices, different measurement systems, different delivery costs, different currencies and languages. Please enter your country for easier shopping and accurate local information.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT BROWSING THE SITE AND LOCATING THE PRODUCTS I WANT?
1. You can also utilize our search engine to find a product by collection, category, size and/or color. Our navigation will follow you throughout your customer journey to facilitate your shopping experience.
- After clicking into a product page, select your desired color and size. Click the “ADD TO CARD” button.
- To review items in your bag, click the black shopping bag icon on the top right of your screen
- Click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, where you will complete your purchase on our One-Step Checkout page
WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
The following credit cards are accepted for payment at www.EVAE.style : PayPal and Visa. All orders are subject to review and EVAÉ reserves the right to request additional identification information. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. A copy of your order will be included with your shipment.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE DATA ON MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE PROTECTED?
All your financial details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) will be received and processed only by PayPal secure servers. Neither EVAÉ nor any other party may access this system and thereby obtain your details. For more information, go to Payment Information section on this page.
WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE BE DEBITED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?
The debit should appear on your credit card statement from 1-7 days after you purchase, depending on your credit card provider.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS ON DELIVERY?
EVAE offers several different delivery options for your convenience. Delivery times & cost will be determined by the shipping address and method you enter during checkout.
CAN I FIND OUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail specifying your tracking number and the URL at which you can track your shipment. Simply follow the link on the email and enter your tracking number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT HOME TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE?
Our courier will attempt to deliver your package three times. If no-one is found to take delivery after the third attempt, EVAÉ Customer Care will contact you by e-mail to arrange delivery.
In the event you request “signature not required” at checkout, the recipient accepts all responsibility for the merchandise and shipment. EVAÉ is not responsible for any loss or damage to this package once it has left our facility.
CAN I GET A GIFT SENT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes, customers are able to add gift options and enter a separate shipping address during checkout. Alternatively, customers can contact us directly info@EVAE.style for further assistance or additional questions.

For most items, EVAÉ offers complimentary gift boxes tied with EVAÉ signature ribbon. Simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout. Please note gift packaging may not be available for over-sized items.
EVAÉ has endeavored to optimize the accuracy of all product images and colors featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colors depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and EVAÉ cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.
As some of our products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock, we constantly update the site with the latest product availability. Although we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products, our Customer care team would be happy to assist you if you are looking for a particular product and cannot find it on our site. General Recommended Care
EVAÉ products are delicate and require particular care when washing.
Please handle your garments with care and read all garment care labels carefully. For most products we recommend a warm hand wash. Do not leave garments to soak and do not wring, rub or spin dry your items. Hang products to dry or allow to dry flat. Garments should be ironed inside out.
Some garments specify dry clean only.
Do not put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer as this may damage the fabric.
